This tap saves water by creating incredible patterns

It uses 15 percent less water than your boring old tap.
This new tap concept sends water through a double turbine, creating the most incredible patterns. And it saves water too.
Developed by Simin Qiu, a design student from London’s Royal College of Art, the Swirl Faucet limits the flow of water by 15 percent over 60 seconds. And there are three different pattern-creating nozzles to choose from.
The tap, which won an iF Design concept aware last year, also has a pre-set temperature to reduce unnecessary heating. You can see more images from Simin Qiu's Behance page below. We definitely have bathroom envy.
