A Make at Home Electric Boat that Requires No Batteries

Make at Home Electric Boat

Here is a great do-it-yourself project that you can do with only  few scrap parts and some glue. This electric boat requires no batteries as it is a battery of sorts all by itself. Using graphite and magnesium, a plastic 2 L bottle and an electric drive motor from an old dvd or cd drive you will be able to have a working model in only a few hours.
The magnesium and graphite bars only need the water to start producing a flow of electrons to the motor. No fuel required.
